EyeExplore 2026 is a virtual conference organized by medical students at the University of Ottawa.

Call for Abstracts

If you conduct research in ophthalmology and would like to showcase your work (and compete for prizes), consider submitting an abstract by March 27th. More information can be found here: Call for Abstracts

Why are we hosting this conference?

Our goal is to help students gain exposure to the field of ophthalmology and primary eye care through the various talks and workshops provided at the conference. Those attending will have the opportunity to learn basic approaches to commonly encountered ophthalmological complaints, and will have the opportunity to network with students who share an interest in learning more about this fascinating area of medicine.
