We’ll provide a briefing before the festival and try to find an event which fits with your interests and schedule

Your role on-site will usually be greeting attendees, helping with registration and occasionally some assistance setting up for the event

We’ll also provide you with a MED T-Shirt and a certificate to recognize your support
2. Join the organizing team
If you have experience in running events or community engagement we’re looking for people to join our core teams in each city. Ideally you’ll have a strong interest or background in medicine and healthcare.
You’ll join our planning meeting and take responsibility for helping to curate or create one or more events which will form part of the festival program. We’ll provide a full briefing and support along the way.
